What is Valhalla?

Valhalla is a battle.net server, allowing you to play all of your favorite battle.net games (Diablo 1/2, Warcraft2/3, Starcraft) online for free. This server is part of the Valhalla Gaming Network, which is a gaming community hosting several games/servers.

Who runs Valhalla?

The bnet server was started by Odin, who still manages the main web/game server, and has since picked up several in-game admins including Blondi & Final, as seen on the forums.

When did it start?

We first went online on 7/31/09 and quickly started growing in players as the only server running the Valhalla mod for Diablo 2.

Why a game server?

Games like Diablo 2 & Warcraft 3 are fantastic, but only with a good community & reliable server to go with them. The bnet server was created to provide a reliable, fun server & community for players without the hastle of battle.net, as well as to provide people a chance to play the excellent Valhalla mod in a true multiplayer environment.
